Kimberley Rimsza is a born leader and entrepreneur based in Phoenix, Arizona. Her primary focus had been within the commercial food service equipment industry and now is in real estate in Arizona. With over thirty-five years of experience, Kimberley has successfully led several businesses, including the Gill Group, TriMark’s Western extensive Region and S&K Rimsza Family Office.

Kimberley Rimsza is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the commercial foodservice equipment and supplies industry. Armed with a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College, Kim embarked on a remarkable career path that has left an indelible mark on the foodservice equipment industry.

Beginning as a Sales Representative at Hobart Corporation (a division of ITW) and then to Groen (a division of Dover Industries) Kimberley quickly distinguished herself, showcasing a natural aptitude for sales and marketing. In 1988, she founded E-Kuip Marketing, an independent Food Service Equipment manufacturers representative company, igniting her entrepreneurial spirit. This venture laid the groundwork for Kimberley’s subsequent triumph, President and CEO of Gill Group, Inc., a thriving distribution business comprising Gill Marketing and Gill Group divisions. Notably, Kim successfully orchestrated the sale of Gill Group to TriMark USA, a pivotal milestone that underscored her strategic foresight and business acumen.

Kim’s industry contributions extend beyond her professional pursuits. She has been actively involved in industry organizations, notably the Food Equipment Distributor Association (FEDA), where her dedication and expertise led to her presidency after serving on the board for eight years. Through her many articles for FEDA’s publication, News and Views, Kim reflects on a few of her favorite articles, “The Lobster is not Free” and “Baseball, Apple Pie and FEDA”.  During her tenured industry career Kimberley also enjoyed numerous prestigious awards and recognition, including the 2019 Foodservice Equipment and Supplies TriMark Dealer of the Year accolade to the TriMark leadership team.  Kimberley has made significant contributions to the commercial foodservice equipment and supplies industry and Kimberley is proud to have been a part of the industry.

Transitioning to TriMark USA, Kimberley assumed the role of Executive Vice President (Western Region), where she played a key role in integrating acquired businesses and optimizing operational efficiency. Kim’s leadership played a significant role in the company’s growth and success, contributing to its prominence in the industry.

Currently serving as the President of S&K Rimsza Family Office, Kim oversees a diverse portfolio specializing in smaller commercial real estate and residential properties. Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Kim is deeply passionate about leadership development and mentorship. She currently serves as the Learning Officer for the Expedition Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), leveraging her expertise to facilitate learning and growth through travel expeditions, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and experiential education.

Furthermore, Kim has been an Athena Officer for her YPO Gold Arizona Chapter, dedicated to bringing more women into YPO and fostering diversity within the organization.

An active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Kimberley leverages this global leadership community to exchange experiences and foster growth, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and giving back to the community.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kim treasures spending quality time with her family. She is blessed with a loving and supportive family, including her, three children (triplets), two stepchildren, and six grandchildren, who bring joy and fulfillment to Kim’s life. Indulging in diverse interests such as finding gemstones and designing jewelry, reading, traveling, and culinary exploration, Kim views these activities as opportunities for cultural appreciation and personal enrichment.
